Recent Project Description-ADS EMP, Equipment Modernization Program
This vintage Pangborn 8 wheel vertical structural blast machine was disassembled in Texas. ADS cross boarder service allowed ADS to move the machine to thier plant in Dundas, Ontario-Canada.
This Pangborn 8 Wheel was then upgraded to a 12 Wheel state of the art blast machine. ADS EMP also included new PLC electrics, 4 ft. Increase tight capability and 15’ x 18‘ x 25’ touch up Air Blast cabinet.
In summer 2008 ADS was serviced to do a complete install program of the upgraded equipment at the customer’s facility in Quebec City, Canada.
Recent ADS Rebuild Project
In 2007 Always Dependable Services’ expertise was called upon to disassemble an 8 wheel vertical structural blast machine in Texas. ADS then brought the machine back to our facility where the equipment was upgraded to a 12 wheel state of the art blast machine. In summer 2008 ADS installed the upgraded equipment in the customer’s facility in Quebec City.
Recent ADS TPM Project
ADS qualified equipment movers were contracted in June 2009 to relocate machinery from a closed down competitors facility to a new facility in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. The equipment consisted of Pangborn® tumblast machines, Wheelabrator® tumblast machines, large dust collectors, coining presses etc. Time and budget was critical factor. Once again ADS was able to deliver.
